SMS Text Messaging Program
DeMoss Chiropractic offers an optional text messaging program for customer care. If you opt in, you may receive text messages from us about appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling, and replies to your questions. We use the program to communicate about your care and visits and we do not send promotional or marketing text messages through it. See our SMS Messaging Terms for full program details.
How to Opt In
You opt in by checking the optional text-message consent box in the chat on our website and providing your mobile number. Checking the box is not required to use the chat, to book an appointment, or to receive care. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any text message at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. You can rejoin later by opting in again.

Message Frequency, Message & Data Rates
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. DeMoss Chiropractic does not charge a fee for text messages.

Wireless carriers and their affiliates are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our text messaging program.
Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
